Why does my house need to be washed?

Once a year is the medium to use to keep your home clean and pretty.  Another reason is health. Mildew and mold are not good for your respiratory system and can create allergies. If your home is washed regularly the mildew cannot spread to the inside of your home and start new growth inside.

How often should I get my house washed?

You should get your house washed once a year. Some lighter colors of siding that are in the shade a lot may require washing every six months.
