cleaning, chemical application and the way we deal with our customers. We do this
so that our customers will receive the service and quality of work they require from a

Dedication to the Environment
Top Notch uses non-toxic, biodegradable chemicals whenever possible and follows
all EPA guidelines for waste water recovery and disposal.
Equipment
Our pressure washing units are capable of 3,000 PSI and 210 degree of hot water
with a water flow of 5.0 gallons of water per minute. Don't be fooled by our high
pressure machines, adjustable pressure and temperature settings allow our
technicians to safely clean even the most delicate of surfaces.
We utilize wide diameter concrete surfacers to evenly clean large areas such as
parking lots and driveways.
We have a large capacity water recovery system which collects waste water and
filters it so that it can disposed of according to E.P.A regulations.
We also use a wide variety of detergents, soaps and other chemicals, all of which
are diluted carefully for each individual job to insure the best end results. Our
detergents are chosen to be safe for plants and animals. When run off water is an
issue we can reclaim and recycle the water by using a series of pumps and filters.
