Why does my house need to be washed?

Your house is probably the biggest investment you will
make in your life. You spend a lot of money in
landscaping, decks and other decorations. Keeping
your siding clean and looking new will improve your
homes appearance to you and on lookers. If you have
mildew and dirt on your homes siding and do not get it
washed once a year some of the mildew and dirt will
work so deep into the siding that a stain might remain,
even after washing. One year is the medium to use to
keep your home clean and pretty.
Another reason is health. Mildew and mold are not
good for your respiratory system and can create
allergies. If your home is washed regularly the mildew
cannot spread to the inside of your home and start new
growth inside.

How often should I get my house washed?

You should get your house washed once a year. Some
lighter colors of siding that are in the shade a lot may
require washing every six months.

How do you get low pressure from a big pressure
washer like yours?

We can adjust the pressure a couple different ways.
One way is to increase the distance from our nozzles
and the surface being cleaned. By increasing our nozzle
size we keep the same gallons per minute but lowers
pressure. We also use special wands that allow us to
increase and decrease pressure right at our fingertips.

I have heard that hot water is better than cold
water?

This is true, when you wash your dishes and hands you
use hot water, so it makes sense to use it on your home
for a more through  cleaning. Hot water removes dirt
and grease better than cold water and also reduces the
chemicals used on the job.

Why cant I get an estimate over the phone or
Internet?

We get this question a lot from our customers. Each
and every job is different and requires different
chemicals, pressures and cleaning methods. We visit
each job for two reasons, first is to get to meet face to
face with our customers so we can answer in person all
of your questions and explain our cleaning procedure.
Second is so that we can actually see the work that
needs to be done and evaluate it, even clean a test spot
so that we know what to expect when the work starts
and the customer can see what to expect after the job is
done.

Wont hot water warp vinyl?

Hot water can warp vinyl, our machines are capable
of producing water to a temp of 210 degrees. But with
our experience and knowledge we use just the right
amount of heat and pressure to clean houses.
Sometimes the job only requires cold water which we
are capable of as well.

We have our own pressure washer, how can we
benefit from your service?

Our equipment is top of the line. We use industrial
machines, made specifically to tackle tough cleaning
tasks. Our pressure washers are capable of water
temperatures up to 210 degrees and pump out 5 gallons
of water per minute. Our units are mobile and
self-contained, so that we can operate in areas that do
not have any water available. We have 275 gallon
water tanks on our trailers.
Using hot water, we can usually eliminate the use of
soaps and chemicals that would be needed when using
cold water alone. In addition, just having a pressure
washer is not the answer, since it takes a trained,
knowledgeable person to use this machine properly.
